Description
For many Hawaiʻi families, home is more than a place—it is where generations gather, grow, and make room for one another. This Honolulu project was envisioned with that spirit in mind: expanding the existing home while creating a new ADU to provide additional space for a growing household and extended family.
Draftechi, LLC provided design and construction documentation for the two-story rear addition and new ADU, including ESCP preparation and permit routing. The project thoughtfully balances the need for more space with the character of a family home—creating room for everyday living, togetherness, and the generations to come.
